I am here to welcome you to your next real estate transaction. I am so glad you are considering a realtor to assist you. The more I am in this business the more I realize how much an educated and experienced realtor can help make the process of buying or selling property a much safer and more secure process. In this ever- changing market you need an advocate working for your best interest. I know what gets the best results.

I was born in Austin and my father was a real estate broker and developer, so I have been around this business most of my life. I got my license in 2004. Education is paramount and I have exceeded The Texas Real Estate Commission's educational requirements because I consider that everything I learn is your gain.

I love my job because I love people. I love homes and property, and I love working on behalf of someone to help them get what they need. My style is not pushy. I do not steer my clients. I assume you are smart and that no one can make a better decision for you than yourself. So, my job is to provide you with the most and best information so that you can make the smartest and most profitable decisions.

From contract to close there are approximately 11 or more people involved in a transaction including the buyer and seller, both agents, the inspector, the lender, the surveyor, the appraiser, the insurance agent, the home warranty provider and the title officer...all working together towards a closing. Each of us has our specific jobs and I like to oversee the whole process to make sure not one piece of the puzzle falls through the cracks. I stay on top of deadlines. I share ways to save my clients money and have often saved clients hundreds of dollars by catching mistakes on the final settlement statement. I like seamless and "on schedule" closings with as few surprises as possible for the home buyer or seller. Don't worry. I'm not a control freak. I'm just diligent.

Negotiating is an art. Often it is about feelings. But, after successfully negotiating many contracts, I've learned techniques that are advantageous for my clients, while the other party considers themselves winners too.

This is supposed to be a wonderful time in your life with exciting changes in front of you. I like to work hard and have fun. I want this to be enjoyable for you and the better help you get the more you will enjoy it. If you know me long enough you will come to know that I love the Lord Jesus Christ and rely on his goodness. So, I give him the credit now for the success he gives me.
